The certification system SCC ("Safety Certificate Contractors") was developed in order to unify the
security requirements for foreign firms providing on-site mineral processing plants or the chemical
industry technical services. Meanwhile, SCC has established cross-sector firm as an
internationally recognized standard in safety, health and environmental management.
Technical services, for example in construction or renovation, maintenance or maintenance
and service activities are often awarded to contractors and subcontractors. Especially in
safety-critical industries is to ensure that contractors comply with the safety requirements
of the client, in order to avoid accidents that disrupt the production process and harm the
image of the client.
Evidence that contractors meet the required safety standards in their organization can
through the introduction of a safety, health and environmental management system
